Any item/s of which are in a sale, reduced in price, special offer, marked as a second discounted in any way = are strictly non returnable.
Jewellery & scarves are non returnable due to hygiene reasons.
Returns are accepted within 28 days of purchase. Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and the item/s will only be refunded if they are received back in immaculate condition. Faulty or damaged deliveries will be dealt with accordingly. All returns are to be pre authorized with a returns reference given to the customer prior to the return being sent back to us, to obtain a returns reference, please EMAIL us with your order number and a brief reason for return to email@example.com
Please note, we are a small business and have been forced to add a handling fee to returns due to increased costs from couriers and on packaging suppliers and us making a loss on outbound postage.
For non – fragile items below £30 in returned item value, we have a £1 handling charge.
Fragile items are subject to a 10% handling fee, up to a maximum of £10 unless otherwise stated/agreed.
