Retaining and deleting personal data.

We shall ensure that any personal data that we process for any purpose or purposes shall not be kept for longer than is necessary for that purpose or those purposes. We will retain and delete your personal data as follows:

  1. personal data provided as part of an order for goods or the provision of our services as part of our contract will be retained for 7 years from the date on which the goods are delivered and/or the performance of the services is completed, at the end of which period it will be deleted from our systems;

  2. personal data provided other than as part of an order for goods or services shall be retained for 1 year from the date on which it was provided after which time it shall be deleted.

Notwithstanding the above, we may retain your personal data where such retention is necessary for compliance with our legal obligations.

Your rights.

You have the right to request any amendments or rectifications to your personal data.
